Construction of a 20,000 imperial gallon block and steel tank to serve the needs of the Enid Bennett High School. Harvested rainwater will be stored for the purpose of irrigating the school farm and the flushing of toilets. 

The harvesting of rainwater will :

1. Prevent overland flooding of the school yard during heavy rainfall;
2. Halt soil erosion around the foudation of the some of the school buildings and;
3. Halt soil erosion along slopes in the vicinity of some of the school buildings.
